Welded Clevis Hydraulic Cylinders  Overview:

AiSoar Hydraulics offers the WCC series of welded hydraulic cylinders with clevis mounting, available in a variety of bore and stroke sizes. As standard type, cylinders have bore sizes up to 4 inches and strokes up to 48 inches, with pressure ratings up to 3000 PSI. For welded clevis hydraulic cylinders, non-standard options are available, such as customized stroke, integrated valve, and stainless steel tube or rod.

Welded Clevis Hydraulic Cylinders Characteristics:

The base ends and rod ends of the WCC series of welded hydraulic cylinders are welded cast steel clevis with pins and clips. Welded cylinders can be used for most applications. Because they are welded, the design can be more sophisticated or customized, so the repair is usually more challenging. With its compact and more customized design, a welded cylinder is, in most cases, a preferred solution.

Welded Clevis Hydraulic Cylinders Application:

AiSoar welded clevis hydraulic cylinders are widely used in the agricultural equipment, trailer, and loader industries. For agricultural equipment, trailers and loaders generally include the lift moving system; the load must be moved through an arc during extension and retraction; the load is pivoted and rigidly guided; and hydraulic cylinders with clevis mounting are required in the applications.

Assembling

1.The gland, which holds pressure seals and supports the rod while it moves.
2.The seals, which are fitted to the gland to stop leakage and external contamination.
3.The gland is fitted to the rod.
4.The piston is then fitted to the end of the rod.
5.A locking nut is used to hold the piston in place.
6.Piston seals are fitted to the piston to crest a seal against the cylinder wall in both single -acting and double-acting applications.
7.Position the end cap and the port for welding onto the cylinder.
8.The fully assembled rod is then inserted into the cylinder.
9.With assembly complete, the hydraulic cylinder is now ready for use.

WCC series welded clevis cylinders are the standard type of cylinders, but customized strokes, intergraded valves, and special tube or rod material is optional.

A: Yes, closed length from center pin to center pin, we also call out retracted length or min. length. Open length is the retracted on centers plus the stroke, we also call out extended length or max. length.

A: Measured in between pin hole centers. We would like to show you videos via WhatsApp or Wechat.

A: Technically yes, however it depends on the type of log splitter you have. You need to see the type of attachment on your splitter and advice the bore size and stroke.

A: It's a good question. TR2008 and WCC2008, same bore size, same stroke, same retracted length, same pin size, similar clevis. You can see the difference as below pictures. There are two oil ports on cap of TR serial, and only one oil port on cap of WCC serial. The shape size of WCC serial is smaller, as it no needs to be welded tie rods.

A: Optional stop tubes design for some applications. A stop tube with required length should be used to extend the min. distance of cylinders. Note that net strokes equal to the gross stroke of the cylinder less the length of the stop tube. The gross stroke determines the enveloped dimensions of the cylinder. A stop tube with required length should be used to reduce bearing stress for long stroke cylinders under compressive loads.
